The youngest of two, I was born in Cartagena, Spain to Spanish parents. Since I was a child, I would spend my time writing and drawing comics, and daydreaming about same-sex crushes — two interests that no one else in my family shared. So, at seventeen, I embarked on a quest to find my kind and ended up in London.When I first moved to the UK I had no idea what I was getting into. The the people, the culture and the language all seemed strange and foreign to me. Now, after more than a decade living here, London is indubitably my home.Of course, you can't take the country out of the girl and I still very much love to write and perform in Spanish as much as I do in English.
